Fedrigoni Group is seeking a Sales Manager for Italy to lead the development of the Fabriano business. This position involves maximizing sales results across Retail and Wholesale channels, managing a team of Sales Agents, and overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives for two notable brands: Fabriano and Magnani 1404. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in B2C sales and strong team management skills.

Proficiency in Italian and English is required, along with excellent sales and analytical capabilities.
