Your Role

Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian

Provide helpful, accurate, and friendly support

Stay positive, professional, and empathetic in every interaction

What You Bring

C1/C2 proficiency in Italian (spoken and written)

B2 level of English

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory we provide training!
