TGR Haas F1 Team in Maranello, Italy, is seeking an HR Administrative & Operations specialist on a 12‐month fixed‐term contract. You will provide day‐to‐day admin and operational support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, and records, with backup payroll and pensions activities as required.

Requirements include a high school diploma (a university degree is a plus), 1–3 years in a similar role, and excellent written and spoken English.
