Purpose of the position

As International HR Compensation Specialist , you will join our Compensation & Agevolazioni Department at Saipem SpA, based in Milan.

Responsibilities

Analysis and development of compensation strategies that meet corporate needs and market studies.

Collaboration with the corresponding human resources functions in local branches to define grading system, compensation structures and incentive plans.

Monitoring market practices in terms of compensation, ensuring the competitiveness of the offer.

Preparation of analytical reports on staff compensation levels and the effectiveness of compensation policies.

Support in managing the annual salary review process.

Coordination with external providers for managing compensation surveys.

Promotion of a culture of transparency and communication regarding compensation systems.

Qualifications

Education

Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.

Background

2-4 years of experience in the Human Resources Department, particularly in compensation, preferably in the French market. Given the company's international profile,



professional experience abroad will be considered a plus.

Languages

Proficiency in French and English are essential requirements.

Technical/IT Knowledge

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly of Excel.
