Sanne is a luxury fashion brand built on precision tailoring, bold design, and a fundamentally different way of producing clothes.We do not hold inventory.Every piece is made to order in our atelier, delivered globally within 5–8 working days.With a cult following of high-net-worth clients and rapid growth across the GCC, we are now building the next phase of the business: a fully scalable, global made‐on‐demand production system, paired with a new retail experience.This role is not about maintaining a system.It is about building one that doesn't yet exist.The RoleWe are looking for a highly entrepreneurial operator to take full ownership of production, supply chain, and atelier operations.You will design, build, and scale a made‐to‐order model capable of handling hundreds of custom garments per month, without compromising speed, quality, or craftsmanship.You will work directly with the founder and leadership team to turn production into a competitive advantage, not a bottleneck.What You'll Be Responsible For:1. Building the Made‐To‐Order EngineOwn the full production lifecycle from order to deliveryDesign and implement systems to consistently deliver within 5–8 working daysBuild scalable workflows for high‐volume made‐to‐order productionIntroduce structure where needed, but remain agile and solutions‐driven2. Factory & Supply Chain StrategyIdentify, test, and onboard manufacturing partners capable of MTO productionNegotiate commercial terms and build long‐term partnershipsStress test factories for scale, speed, and qualityBuild and lead the in‐house atelier (pattern cutters, tailors, freelancers)Define hiring standards and test processes for technical rolesImplement best‐in‐class construction, fitting, and finishing standardsEnsure seamless collaboration between design and production4.
Systems & InfrastructureOwn implementation of production systems (ERP / manufacturing portal)Build production trackers, dashboards, and real‐time visibilityDocument processes clearly (factory handbook, SOPs, workflows)Continuously improve efficiency, cost, and lead time5.
