You will support monitoring activities within the Ground Segment systems, detect issues, and ensure smooth data flow and operations.For this role, relocation to Rome is mandatory for candidates living far from the area.A B2 level of English is required due to daily interactions with ESA teams and international stakeholders.YOUR TASKSMonitor Ground Segment systems and servicesDetect, analyze and respond to system alarms and anomaliesCheck system performance (data flow, completeness, latency)Support investigation of incidents and escalate when neededMaintain operational logs and contribute to incident reportingProduce regular operational reports (daily, weekly,
