Agri-technology or comparable technical background; solid understanding of harvesting systems.3+ years of experience with combines and harvesting operations; proven hands‐on setup and optimizationexpertise.Proventrack recordleading or coaching technical/sales enablement teams across countries; Working knowledge of Smart Farming basics: guidance, connectivity/telematics, data management/documentation, and automation features.
Business fluency in English;additionalEuropean languages are a plus.High degree of self‐initiative, structured problem solving, and customer orientation.
