ResponsibilitiesLegal support to all Staff functions, including both corporate Staff functions and Staff functions with global responsibilitiesLegal business partner, supporting complex, cross‐functional and high‐impact projectsSupport to Finance and Global ProcurementInvolvement in sustainability projects of high strategic relevanceLegal advice and support on staff‐related matters and projectsLegal support across the Global R&DAdditional; end‐to‐end legal support for all matters concerning the Paolo Chiesi FoundationRequirementsMaster's Degree in law (or equivalent)At least 2–3 years of professional experience within a pharmaceutical company and/or a leading international law firmFluency in English,



both written and spokenStrong problem‐solving capabilities and ability to identify legal risks and develop pragmatic solutionsKnowledge of the European and Italian regulatory framework applicable to clinical trials and familiarity with GxP requirements and standards.Core CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in providing legal support for corporate functions and high‐impact projects within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and risk management. Proficient in navigating the European and Italian legal frameworks, particularly in relation to clinical trials and GxP standards.
