Freudenberg Group in Italy seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs end-to-end from nomination to series production stabilization. You will coordinate R&D;, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, supply chain, finance, and sales to align stakeholders and ensure successful launches.

Requires 7+ years in program management within international manufacturing or automotive environments, a PMP or similar certification, and fluent English.
