Global Account ManagerAs a Global Account Manager in our Corporate Functions team, you will develop strategies, refine processes, and implement initiatives that empower business to thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed revenue and design-win targets for assigned accounts while building strong customer relationships and fostering strategic partnerships.Identify and address core customer challenges, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive success.Ensure consistent and proactive reporting of all activities.Collaborate with the European FAE team, Account Management, Product Experts, and Business Lines to implement innovative, customer-tailored solutions.QualificationsMaster's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.5-10 years of experience in sales as an account manager – with experience supporting large,



complex accounts in the semiconductor and/or home appliances market.Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on fostering teamwork and maintaining accountability to deliver results in a global environment.Proven ability to adapt, grow, and succeed within a large organizational structure.Ability to establish relationships from working level to C-level at customers.Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe.Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.EEO StatementWe are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
