Lufthansa Technik Milan is looking for you to join our team in Malpensa. We are seeking a dedicated Engine Shop Operator to support the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft engines, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Your Role Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair activities on engines

Ensure full compliance with EASA, safety, and quality standards

Support line maintenance and AOG operations when required

What We're Looking For Experience in aircraft maintenance

A320 CEO/NEO type rating preferred

Team player with strong sense of responsibility
