A major manufacturing company is seeking an experienced EMEA Plant Recruitment Manager to oversee high-volume hiring across various sites in EMEA. The ideal candidate will enhance recruiting strategies, manage a team of six recruiters, and drive predictable outcomes in fast-paced environments. Strong manufacturing experience and proficiency in SIOP/demand forecasting are essential.

This position is based on-site in one of several locations, including Italy and requires regular travel across the region.
