Data Scientist For Pricing & Underwriting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation processes from multiple sources
- Perform data exploration and advanced analytics to identify patterns, trends, and business insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor performance and support decision making
- Develop pricing and underwriting models
- Design and prototype AI applications
- Conduct research and development to find novel technical solutions
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- 4-7 years of previous experience in Insurance/Consulting companies or in roles focused on data analysis
- Master 's degree in Information Technology, Math, Physics, Statistics, or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python
- Experience in developing statistical and machine learning models
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of Spark
- Experience in WTW suites (Radar, Emblem)
- Practical experience in AI tools and frameworks (e.G., custom AI skills, agentic workflows, MCP, RAG pipelines)
Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between € 40.000,00 gross and € 50.000,00 gross.
Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement. The final determination of the starting remuneration will be based on an evaluation of the candidate 's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience in relation to the requirements of the role
