You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience. Handle customer inquiries in Italian (and occasionally in English)



Provide accurate information about products and services Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction Native or fluent in Italian Good command of English (B1+ or higher) Previous experience in customer service is a plus Paid training and ongoing support Full relocation support including flight within the EU and temporary accommodation Dynamic, international, and supportive work environment
