I'm currently supporting a leading European data centre delivery specialist who is expanding their on-site team on a major data centre project in Milan and is looking to appoint two CSA Supervisors.This position is ideal for experienced CSA professionals who want to be deeply involved in site delivery — owning the coordination of works, driving safety and quality standards,



and playing a key role in the successful delivery of a technically complex project.The role will involve:Managing CSA works from early civils through to fit-out and external envelopeCoordinating subcontractors and overseeing daily site operationsLeading site safety and quality assurance activitiesReviewing drawings, resolving buildability issues, and managing snaggingSupporting programme delivery, change management, and project close-outThey're keen to speak with candidates who bring:A relevant trade background or construction qualificationProven experience supervising teams and subcontractorsStrong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
