You will contribute to the development of controlling processes, financial reporting, budgeting activities, and profitability analysis, while collaborating with teams located in different countries.The role offers direct exposure to international operations, cross-border projects, and financial integration initiatives within a fast-growing organization. You will play an active role in supporting business performance and improving financial visibility at group level.Your ResponsibilitiesBeing responsible for the budgeting process and monitoring deviations from forecasts and targetsBeing responsible for the monthly reporting activities and management reporting preparationAnalyze sales performance, margins, and profitability across products and projectsSupport cost assessment activities,
including direct and total cost analysisContribute to EBITDA adjustments and financial performance evaluationsSupport the development and continuous improvement of group controlling procedures and reporting toolsCollaborate on financial due diligence and integration activities related to acquisitions and M&A; projectsSupport cash-pooling and group financing activitiesCollaborate with accounting teams to ensure compliance with local and group regulationsAssist in the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statementsCoordinate with international subsidiaries to ensure accurate and timely financial information flowsProvide support on strategic and ad-hoc international projects in collaboration with the Group CFOTravel internationally, including intercontinental trips, when required by key projectsYou could be the right fit if youHave 4–7 years of experience in controlling and finance, ideally within international and industrial environmentsHave gained experience in due diligence, acquisitions, and business integration processesSpeak fluent English and Italian; knowledge of German and Spanish is considered a plusAre familiar with accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, and management control systemsHave advanced skills in financial modelling and financial analysisAre proficient in ERP systems (preferably Business Central or SAP), advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Power BIPossess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities when interacting with internal and external stakeholdersAre available for international business travelThe company offersA permanent position within a growing international groupDirect exposure to international strategic projects and key decision-making processesA multicultural, fast-paced, and innovative work environmentProfessional development opportunities and continuous trainingFlexible work arrangements and hybrid working opportunitiesA salary package aligned with your experience and competenciesAll job advertisements are addressed to candidates of all genders (L.
