OverviewWe are seeking Consultants for the Italian market. As Consultant at Arthur D. Little you will take ownership for the delivery of important parts of the assignment under coordination and supervision of your case manager.ResponsibilitiesYou will assume the following key responsibilities:Management of challenging situations and resolution of client issues through the development of valuable and implementable recommendationsExecution of quantitative and qualitative analyses, assembly and in-depth analysis from both primary and secondary sourcesArticulate and concise communication with global management leaders and preparation of effective summariesPlanning, execution and completion of final deliverables independentlyCoach junior team members and support the office operations leading or participating on internal projectsQualificationsAs a future Consultant you possess the following qualifications:MSc studies (Engineering/Economics preferred) and a strong academic achievement – degree should be awarded from a leading schoolA minimum of three years of work experience in management consulting or industry experience combined with an MBAOutstanding academic achievement from top-tier universities.Demonstrated ability to lead teams to solve problems under pressure in a demanding environmentExperience in devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, market research and performing primary & secondary researchExceptional problem-solving skills, broad industry knowledge and sharp business acumenExcellent level of English and Italian is essential – other languages are also desirableExcellent oral and written communication skills with a flair for presenting with impactFurthermore, the successful candidate will have the following characteristics:Proactive, self-motivated, highly analytical and independent thinkerEnergetic, decisive and who respond well under pressureHigh achiever with demonstrated creative and entrepreneurial spiritAbility to adapt and integrate quickly with new cultures and organizationsStrong interpersonal/communication skills with clients, employees, professional staff and the communityWilling to travelAll applications will be favorably received and evaluated based on skills, regardless of color, race, nationality, ethnic origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, parental responsibilities, age, religion, or belief.In relation to its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Responsibility policy, ADL does not require that applications be accompanied by a photograph.
