Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the company positively and professionallyDrive market share growth and increase market presencePlan and execute sales promotion initiativesAccountable for quarterly and annual quantitative and qualitative targets (budget and performance)Assist physicians with Operating Room procedures when requiredEnsure proactive customer engagement by assigned team membersProvide strategic and project-based support of selected key accounts (KOLs, existing and new customers)Coordinate and ensure compliance with reporting standards and company policiesAnalyze and oversee sales and commercial budgetsEnsure incentive plan parameters are metImplement effective customer segmentationSupport product launches and customer onboardingMonitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with internal stakeholdersPlan and execute congress participation and presentationsRequired Skills & QualificationsUniversity degree (preferably in a scientific field)



or medical/commercial trainingMinimum 3 years of experience in the Peripheral Vascular field in a similar positionSound business acumenExcellent communication skills and professional demeanorStrong analytical and conceptual thinkingGoal- and performance-oriented working styleSelf‐motivated, responsible, and a strong team playerProficient in MS Office and other relevant softwareWillingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays domestically and internationallyFluent in Italian and English, both written and spokenSalary and BenefitsSalary range: €45,000–€58,000 annually.LocationPrimary work location: ITA Milano – Via Enrico Cialdini.Additional area of responsibility: Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, and Emilia Romagna.
