Your mission

Command safe, compliant Boeing 737 operations across the Neos network, upholding the highest standards of safety and airmanship.

Lead, brief, and mentor flight and cabin crew, fostering teamwork and adherence to SOPs.

Oversee preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, weather and NOTAM reviews, and regulatory compliance.

Deliver a punctual, efficient, and customer-focused operation while maintaining cost and fuel efficiency.

Represent Neos professionally with passengers, ATC, and authorities at all times.

What you bring

Total time: 5,000+ hours

PIC time: 1,000+ hours

License: EASA ATPL

Medical: Class 1

Type rating: Not required (B737 type-rated captains strongly encouraged to apply)

Languages: Italian proficiency minimum Level 6; English ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Background: No criminal record; able to meet airport/security clearance requirements

Travel rights:



Legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries flown by Neos S.p.A.

Open to EASA licence holders only.
