Assistant Store Manager – 40h – Rinascente Roma Ba&sh; is a dynamic fashion brand with nearly 300 stores worldwide.

Responsibilities Coaching the sales team (strengthening product knowledge and sales techniques)
Developing revenue
Customer retention through quality hospitality and relevant advice
Mastering company history, codes, offers, and collection models
Promoting brand image
Daily Tasks Act as an intermediary between the Store Manager and the team
Animate and share skills with the sales team
Assist customers with personalized sales
Maintain store hygiene and merchandising
Manage stock
Control performance indicators such as sales index, average basket, conversion rate, and omnichannel sales
Guarantee compliance with the RSI policy of Ba&sh; and serve as ambassador
