We are looking to expand our team in our Voula office in Athens, Greece, and are seeking a highly organized and efficient Accounting Assistant to support our accounting and support departments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our processes. This is a full-time office position, requiring excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Manage supplier, client, partner and product databases Assist in reviewing,



analyzing and recording client and supplier invoices and expenses Support with the processing of accounts payable Work closely with the Accounting Manager, other team members, and cross-departments to prioritize business and information needs Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices Handling phone calls and email correspondence Filing, mailing, and other duties as needed Qualified applicants should have: BS in Accounting, Economics, or other similar fields Native or near-native level of English and Greek (written and spoken) Proven working experience in Accounting field MS Office fluency Experience with CRM systems (One page or similar) Only applications submitted in English will be considered.
