The incumbent will be responsible for the ON trade channel focusing on the performance at Net sales and gross profit for the entire portfolio. On top will support the team in COGS control and Brand expenses tracking and monitoring. This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Milan office / Fridays working from home)

What You Can Expect

Manage the ON trade channel, focusing on Net Sales and Gross Profit performance for the entire portfolio.

Analyze and report on Net Sales at customer and brand levels.

Plan and update the annual budget for operationally relevant P&L; sections in collaboration with FP&A.;

Ensure commercial practices and policies are followed across departments.

Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to the Italy Finance Team.





What You Bring to the Table

Bachelors or equivalent degree in Business or Finance.

Minimum 3 years of post-degree experience in Controlling/Finance, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Fluent in Italian and highly proficient in English (speaking and writing).

Excellent MS Excel skills; good knowledge of Financial/ERP Systems (SAP) and BI/BW.

Strong analytical, project management, and conceptual/strategic thinking skills.
