Location: Milan, Italy | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for EU | Language Requirements: Professional/fleet level English and Italian, both written and verbal
We are looking for an experienced AI & Automation Specialist with strong expertise in at least two of the following technologies: GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate. In this role, you will partner with business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, design innovative AI-driven solutions, and accelerate the adoption of Copilot and Power Platform capabilities across the organization. Your work will help streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive digital transformation through low-code and no-code technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows)
Build and manage Copilot solutions (M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio) for business use cases (chatbots, conversational agents, agentic workflows)
Support development teams in adopting GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding best practices
Analyze business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities
Define governance, security, and best practices for Copilot and Power Platform usage
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define use cases
Deliver training and enablement activities for both end users and technical teams
Monitor performance, adoption, and cost of implemented solutions
What we need to see from you
Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and at least one of GitHub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot
Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and standard or custom connectors
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, including exposure to Azure OpenAI or other AI services
Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or C#, along with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices
Understanding business processes across functions such as finance, HR, sales, and operations, with experience identifying automation and optimization opportunities
Strong analytical, problem‐solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver automation solutions in international, cross‐functional environments
Nice‐to‐have experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform governance, security and compliance, enterprise‐scale automation or AI adoption programs
Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, AI-900, or similar)
