About The Role Ave Point is seeking a Partner Development Manager to recruit, convert, and enable prospective MSPs and VAR partners. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, building partner relationships, and other elements of the presales cycle leading to transaction and sell through to the partners customer base. We are looking for creative thinkers who are confident and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source new prospects Nurture, cross-sell and upsell existing MSP Partners Collaborate with cross-functional team members in different territories to execute sales plays and build local relationships to drive results Partner Sourced Revenue Target AchievementEssential Requirements We look for people who value agility, passion and teamwork; those who can bring fresh ideas to the table and want the opportunity to learn, grow, and expand their careers.5+ years previous partner management experience in the Saa S hemisphere BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field Strong communication skills are essential to effectively articulate the company's vision, convey product changes, and adapt to new strategies. Candidates must be business fluent in Italian, as well as English.
