Electrical Superintendent

For one of our projects, we are looking for an Electrical Superintendent to join a major refinery conversion project.

The selected candidate will oversee and coordinate all electrical construction activities on site, ensuring that works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule requirements.

Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical construction supervision within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC industry.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent, Electrical Supervisor, or in a similar senior site role.




- Proven experience managing electrical installation activities during industrial plant construction or revamping projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methodologies, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary construction teams.
- Proficiency in English and Italian
