In this role you will lead end-to-end supply chain activities for the Cruise segment in Europe, partnering with sales, R&D; and marketing to deliver outstanding customer experience. You will optimize replenishment, inventory forecasting, and distribution while ensuring cost-effective operations and regulatory compliance. You’ll drive cross-functional collaboration in a complex matrix, develop your team, and continuously improve order-to-cash processes. ensuring performance per contract terms and safety/regulatory compliance Provide SCM guidance to Cruise Division and execute agreed solutions Monitor KPIs and implement plans to drive improvements in quality, service and cost Oversee replenishment, inventory forecasting, shortages resolution, and delivery execution Drive exception management and drop-ship activities as needed >3 years in a related role (customer service, planning, logistics, operations) Operational SAP knowledge Project management qualification is a premio and PM experience is a must Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principles Financial acumen (training or experience) Engineering or Business Administration degree In this role you will lead end-to-end supply chain activities for the Cruise segment in Europe, partnering with sales, R&D; and marketing
