Manager / Team Leader

In this role you will be the technical expert for mechanical belt drive systems, partnering with OEMs, distributors and end users across the EMEA region. You will design belt drive solutions, manage engineering projects from concept to production, and promote engineered solutions to expand Megadyne’s market impact. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and support customers post-implementation, driving business opportunities and growth.

Design and develop belt drive solutions for OEM applications

Manage customized engineering projects from concept through production

Collaborate with OEM customers to resolve technical challenges

Promote new products and engineered solutions in the market

Identify new business opportunities, customers and applications

Work with Sales and Industry Segment teams to support business development

Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, Process Engineering and Manufacturing on product development

Prepare feasibility studies and interface with Pricing and Customer Service teams





Provide technical support after product implementation and manage application-related quality issues

Develop and deliver technical presentations, workshops and training sessions

Support Marketing in creating technical literature and product documentation

Attend trade fairs and industry events to promote products and identify market opportunities

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of belt drive design experience

Proven knowledge of polyurethane and rubber belt technologies, including synchronous and frictional drives

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Willingness to travel internationally

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams
