Italian Speaker – Customer Service Representative (Outbound) – (Relocation Included)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal Relocation Package: Included (accommodation + full administrative support)

Language Requirement

- Italian C2 (spoken and written).

Role Overview

Join an international team in Lisbon and support customers through outbound contact.

You will receive full relocation assistance, structured onboarding, and access to cultural and social activities designed for international employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers and provide clear information and support.
- Manage interactions via phone, email or chat.
- Ensure a consistent and high‑quality customer experience.

Initial Training

- Training period: 1 to 4 weeks.
- Training compensation: approximately 50% of base salary.
- First payment issued within one month after contract signature.

Working Conditions

- On‑site work in Lisbon.
- Relocation included:



optional accommodation in fully equipped apartments (20–60 minutes from workplace).
- Support with documentation, NIF, bank account and residence procedures.
- Access to social, cultural and recreational activities (sports, workshops, events).
- Health insurance provided after contract signature.

Salary Package

Monthly simulation (40h/week):

- Base salary: 920 €
- Holiday allowance (monthly): 76.67 €
- Christmas allowance (monthly): 76.67 €
- Meal allowance (21 working days): 147 €
- Total gross monthly: 1,220.33 €

Contract Type

- Fixed‑term contract, renewable.
- Access to the national healthcare system after contract signature.
