**Work Schedule** Other **Environmental Conditions** Office Reporting to the HID Sales Leader EMEA, the Sr FAS Manager HID EMEA leads the Field Application Scientist team specialized in Human Identification across EMEA. Ensures that required technical support services are delivered in the most effective and efficient way possible in order to achieve targets: sales targets, including customer training revenues and CAS for the support team Has a deep understanding on how to enthusiastically support customers Acts directly to motivate, mentor and develop the team in a changing business environment. Keeps contact with product management and R&D; in the HID Business Unit and key European partner such as Sales, GSS and Marketing. Coordinates and leads all support activities (from In-House to Field and from Pre Sales to Post Sales) related to HID EMEA to deliver timely and high quality support services in line with FY Order Plan and priorities for HID Core, Rapid and Indirect Reviews relationships with existing internal partners and external DNA forensics customers related to and ensures a professional handling on different levels.
Functions as mentor for key partners contacts to connect with sales, marketing and service both on a pan European level and corporate one. Always seeks for improvements and/or new process and procedures. Leadership: communicates a positive and hardworking vision to team leaders and support staff to maintain a high individual and team motivation and performance. Directly participates in the strategy of the top 10 customers in the region. Ensures continuous up-to-date knowledge in the own field and related area. Ensures that customer related information is shared via Sales and Marketing Department. **Required Qualification**:
Academic degree (MSc) in life sciences with profound knowledge in Molecular Biology. Profound technical knowledge. Strong leadership and management skills. Good communication, presentation and social skills. Passion for customer success. Proficiency in English orally and in writing. Additional languages are an advantage Extensive experience in support function, meaningful leadership experience.
