Senior service development manager - tax & customs anti-fraud

In this role you shape the anti-fraud and tax/commercial modernization portfolio for SGS, collaborating with government and technology partners to deliver innovative revenue assurance and border-management solutions. You will drive global service growth by identifying opportunities, building business cases, and steering investments in new products and services. Working across regions with public-sector stakeholders, you'll accelerate adoption in emerging markets while advancing SGS's mission to protect public revenues.

This is a strategic, cross-functional role that blends government affairs, product development, and international partnerships to influence global standards. Identify and develop opportunities in emerging markets to expand anti-fraud and customs modernization offerings Develop compelling business cases and support investment decisions for new services Drive growth initiatives across existing and new international markets Support development and commercialization of services: revenue assurance, customs valuation control, anti-illicit trade, track & trace, tax stamp programmes, risk management, trade facilitation, and digital government platforms Lead complex government opportunities,



participate in tender strategies and international bids Build relationships with key public-sector stakeholders and regional commercial teams to accelerate growth Collaborate with cross-functional experts and represent SGS at international events Act as a thought leader on anti-fraud, customs, taxation and trade facilitation topics 7+ years of experience in tax, customs, trade facilitation, anti-fraud or government advisory environments Strong understanding of customs, taxation, border management or revenue assurance ecosystems Experience driving innovation across products, services, and business models Exposure to business development, client engagement, commercial strategy or sales activities Ability to engage credibly with senior government stakeholders Experience in international and multicultural environments Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing businesses Desirable: anti-fraud, illicit trade prevention, revenue assurance; customs modernization, digital government or tax transformation; public tenders and government procurement; African markets; French language; product development or go-to-market experience In this role you shape the anti-fraud and tax/commercial modernization portfolio for SGS, collaborating with government and technology partn...
