You will advise leaders, drive organizational design and talent development, and lead the recruitment function while partnering with the Global Head of People to build a high-performance, values-driven culture. You will use HR data to guide decisions, coach leaders, and lead initiatives on engagement, retention and change management in a fast-paced SaaS company.
