In order to enforce our HR Business Partner Team, we are looking for an engaging and energetic HR Business Partner. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to shape and execute people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and long-term success.
You will play a key role in aligning talent initiatives with business priorities, with a focus on workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Working cross-functionally with HR and business teams, you will design and implement solutions tailored to diverse stakeholder needs. Collaborate with business managers to develop strategies for workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design to meet future business needs.Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing coaching that fosters development, growth and problem-solving capabilities.Guide leaders to understand the factors driving employee engagement and their impact on business performance.Provide regular analysis and insights to inform decision-making and support business outcomes.Support the implementation of effective performance management processes.Act as a liaison with other HR experts, commissioning tailored solutions for the organization's specific needs.
Minimum 7-10 years' experience in an HR Business Partner role within a tech or services company.Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.We seek individuals who, thanks to their growth mindset, view every challenge as an opportunity for growth and who embody the soft skills that set us apart, bringing our values to life.
