Product SpecialistApplylocations: Vimercatetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 6 Days Agotime left to apply: End Date: September 30, 2026 (30+ days left to apply)job requisition id: R26-00636# Job DescriptionResponsibilities Working as a Product Specialist Engineer the successful candidate will be providing high-level of technical support to the customer, field service engineers and technicians to ensure our equipments operate within specification, in-line with evolving customer requirements.The job focus will be on our equipments, mainly on our customer site.In this role, the person will also be in charge of the following activities:* ## Supporting escalations and on-site projects such as tool installation* ## Answering technical questions* ## Troubleshooting, and resolving complex problems via phone, email, or in person* ## Leading escalation meetings, both internally and externally* ## Managing technical reporting both internally with our factory and externally with the customer* ## Reporting customer issues, design concerns, reliability,
or maintenance problems to the European and Japanese product engineering team* ## Participating on creating local procedures, BKM and on providing technical training to both field service engineer and start-up engineers* ## Working closely with other members from Tokyo Electron Europe Product Support Group by sharing experience/knowledge with purpose of enhancing the global European technical support departmentBased on business needs, the candidate might support activities in France as well, as strong teamwork with the French technical support team will be needed.
