Join us at a pivotal moment of growth and transformation.The Group is looking for a Senior Controller to join its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Department.
Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis , the successful candidate will play a key role in steering group performance, with particular ownership of shareholder reporting and purchasing/material cost controlling.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and coordinate periodic financial reporting to shareholders, including performance commentary, KPIs and variance analyses.Lead purchasing and material cost controlling: monitor raw material price developments, analyze purchase price variances and assess their impact on margins and forecasts.Support budgeting, forecasting and the strategic planning process.Perform monthly closing activities, deviation analyses (actual vs. budget/forecast) and management reporting.Develop and enhance controlling tools, cost transparency and reporting standards.Act as business partner to Procurement, Operations and Group Finance.Support ad-hoc analyses, business cases and post-merger integration topics.Skills and CompetenciesProven expertise in cost controlling,
