Tuscookany in Tuscany, Italy, is seeking a hands‐on Assistant Villa Operations Manager for a full‐time seasonal live‐in role from mid‐March to mid‐November. You will help run two luxury villas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and managing housekeeping, gardens, and maintenance, while coordinating daily operations and guest services.

You will lead a small team, supervise staff, and support administrative tasks. English fluency is essential; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
