We are seeking a Transaction Manager to strengthen the Structuring & Transaction Management Department and drive end-to-end execution of securitisation deals.You will coordinate information gathering, manage external counterparties, monitor contract reviews, and oversee signing, post-closing amendments, and audit participation.
