Operating the POS to process transactions during high peaks
Responding to client requests via telephone and/or email
Become well versed with CRM system to input customer data
Act as sales support to the sales team.
Stock maintenance
Replenishment of floor
Maintaining VM standards
Maintain organization back of house to upkeep the standards and efficiency when stock associate is not available
Determine customer's needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate
Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance
Having confidence giving advice to customers when all associates are occupied

Compensation Range: 26.000,00 - 35.000,00 EUR
