SDA Bocconi School of Management is seeking a Business Development Manager to contribute the development of its Executive Education and Corporate Solutions portfolio.
The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from opportunity identification to deal closure, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset, building long-term relationships with corporate partners, acquiring new clients, and contributing to the continuous innovation of the School's offering.
Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities into long-term client partnerships
Design tailored learning solutions and develop high-quality proposals and presentations
Build and manage relationships with senior corporate stakeholders
Drive revenue generation, negotiating and closing complex deals
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Faculty, Marketing, Program Offices) to deliver impactful solutions
Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long‐term partnerships
Qualifications &
Requirements 8+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or B2B services
Strong experience in proposal writing and complex solution structuring
Solid understanding of business and organizational dynamics
Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop client relationships, negotiate, and successfully close complex deals
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‐building skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Fluency in both Italian and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus
Availability to travel

(3 days in office + up to 2 days of lavoro da remoto after successfully completing the probationary period)
