We are in search of a Sr. Survey and Maintenance Technician to join our innovative team as our new. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in scaling our maintenance operations across multiple countries. **Responsibilities** What will be your responsibilities
- Execute routine maintenance and repairs on smart locker systems to ensure optimal performance;
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing on-site and remote support;;
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory;
- Conduct inspections and testing of equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate;
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan;
- Provide technical training and support to team members and clients to ensure proper use and maintenance of the lockers;
- Assist in the development and documentation of maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Execute technical sites visit (Survey) prior installation to technically evaluate the eligibility of the location and asses adaptation required




- Search for potential maintenance vendors in the assigned area
- Train and coordinate vendors and manage them to perform maintenance in the assigned area according to the SLA of the agreement **Your Profile** What are the requirements to join us in this position: - Minimum 5 of experience of working in a similar role, ideally with experience in maintaining products with network effects. Previous experience as a technician would be a plus;
- Technical diploma or equivalent technical vocational training;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues;
- Good analytics skills required to be able to perform data analytics and reporting tasks;
- Proficiency in Italian and English, with good communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience in coordinating with contractors and managing maintenance projects;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
