Role description This freelance, remote, non-English (ITALY) IM chat support role requires professional expertise in Italy along with excellent communication skills. As a Non-English (ITALY) IM Chat Support Specialist, you will be expected to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with our customers. **Qualifications**: - Must be an Italian local or have professional knowledge of the Italian language
