ZaxBax in Piemonte, Italy seeks an Assistant Manager - Restaurant Operations to lead daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will manage shifts, coach staff, and ensure quality and safety standards while maintaining efficient service across the floor, kitchen, and counter.
This is an hourly, non-exempt leadership role reporting to General Manager and ownership. You will complete required trainings, foster a positive culture, and help the location meet quarterly goals
