Let's make the world more Purple! **Your Duties & Responsibilities** In particular, as part of the team, you will be resposible for: - Supervising and coordinating **payroll** activities, including administrative processes for hiring and termination, salaries, contributions, and managing relationships with INPS, INAIL, Labor Offices, and other relevant institutions
- Overseeing **Comp&Ben; programs**, such as the salary review process, MBO, and welfare, ensuring their competitiveness and alignment with company policies
- Ensuring the continuous updating of **Company Group policies** in line with the company's evolution
- Dealing with the **HSE** Function all HR matters related to health and safety in the workplace. **Education & Experience**: - +5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing compensation and benefits processes
- Strong knowledge of labour law and employment regulations
- Ability to develop clear and compliant company policies
- Proficiency in analyzing data to generate reports based on trends, patterns and other insights
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint **Desired Soft Skills**: - Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Team management skills
- Ability to complete tasks accurately, demonstrating strong attention to detail
- Precision and willingness to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment **Location**: Casalecchio di Reno (BO) / Imola / Milan with flexible work arrangements
