- Recruitment
- HR communication / Event organization **2. TASK DETAILS (by main missions)**:
**Administrative Management**: - Preparation of attendance sheets and submission of monthly hours
- Preparation of the monthly calendar
- Participation in internal audits
- Follow-up and administrative management
- Management of HR supply orders **Recruitment**: - Organization of selected applicant files
- Conducting phone interviews
- Drafting negative responses **HR Communication / Event Organization**: - Handling phone calls
- Internal notes and postings
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly communications for the chain **3. JOB REQUIREMENTS**: - Fluent in Italian and English
- Keen sense of confidentiality
- Excellent presentation
