We are currently seeking for a Shipment Office and Inbound Support to support the activity of the Shipping Office and the Inbound Office at the Central Distribution Center based in Trecate (Novara). Job Description
- Your opportunity_ You will support the daily activities of the Shipping Office department in the Central Operations team. You will be in charge of the management of the documents required to guarantee the shipments, sharing them with the 3PL and managing the archiving. You’ll secure the update of all the reporting tools to keep tracking of the execution of shipments. Moreover, you will be asked to support the inbound monitoring process of goods, with special focus over in/out movements.

- Daily shipping reporting
- Update of the standard appointments status on the dedicated reporting tools,



following step-by-step the execution of the warehouse and granting the measurement of the Goods Receipt Declarations (SLA)
- Management of the Goods Receipt Declarations
- Generation, forwarding and archiving of all the related documents
- Reporting update on dedicated tools
- Ex-Works shipping flows support
- Management and archiving of shipping documents
- Shipping labels creation
- Cites shipping flows support
- Management and archiving of Cites documents
- Reporting update on dedicate tools
- Inbound inventory movements support
- Inventory movements extraction and report editing
- Stock on-hand and aging reporting
- Who you are_
- You have the ability and the willingness to work in team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Fluent in Italian and possible in English, both written and spoken.
