The resource will contribute to maximize the performance of our boutique, supporting the selling team in the achievement of sales targets while assuring a great customer experience. **Tasks and Responsibilities**:
The main tasks will be: - greeting, serving and advising customers guaranteeing the best service possible at all times;
- giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers;
- proactively participating to Visual Merchandising activities on a weekly basis according to brand guidelines;
- VW brand storytelling;
- respecting all brand and boutique policies and procedures. **Criteria**:

- previous work experience in luxury Retail
- very good standing, elegance, sense of style
- exceptional selling skills
- good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- strong attention to details and customer needs
- ability to plan and organize his/her own daily tasks and goal orientation
- strong interest in fashion industry as well as passion for Art, Design and Fashion Culture
- fluent both in English and Italian language (mandatory) **What we offer**:
