**SALES MANAGER NORTHERN ITALY** For reasons of expanding our commercial network in Italy, we need to include a Sales Manager for the northern area. In direct dependence of the Director of Italy, among its tasks are the following responsibilities and functions to be performed: - Executing Dunlop Service Italy's commercial policy in the assigned area of operation,
- Setting business objectives based on the market, the product and the company represented.
- In-depth knowledge of the product and service portfolio.
- Maintaining and strengthening the existing client portfolio, maximising benefits, including: conducting sales visits to manage active and potential customers, presenting the company's commercial offer.
- Analysing and developing the market in northern and central Italy.
- Monitoring and analysing the activities of the competition in the assigned territory, particularly with regard to pricing strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with commercial objectives.
- Conducting commercial negotiations.
- Developing professional relationships with customers by understanding their technical and business needs.
- Seeking and attracting new clients and new business opportunities through networking and business visits. **GOOD CANDIDATE SKILLS**:
- Minimum of 5 years' commercial experience in the industrial sector (in conveyor belts or industrial supplies).
- Commitment to teamwork.
- Very good command of English (B2 - upper intermediate) enabling effective communication.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Effective time and resource management skills.
- Customer focus and business objectives.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to build strong business relationships.
- Adaptability and resilience to market changes.
