What You Will Do
- Local and International Customers’ payment by cheques posting




- Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) Direct Debit and local Ricevute Bancarie (RiBa) customers’ payment postings
- Customers’ statements clearing, matching and reconciliation
- SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) Mandate management and recording
- E-Commerce sales and customers’ statement accounting, matching and bookkeeping reconciliation. This includes a direct and specific responsibility on credit note processing for short shipments, damaged products etc., and following payment procedure
- Check the conditions applied by the banking system in relation to the above tasks

Who You Are
- Experience of using accounting packages (ideally Sage) and 1-2 years of accounting experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- It will be appreciated also the experience of using treasury programs (Piteco in particular).
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software is required with an emphasis on Excel spreads
