**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**: - Execute and optimize performance-based campaigns across mainly Google Ads and Facebook Ads; as well as Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Display networks
- Monitor and control key performance indicators including ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and Ad spend for each channel
- Conduct a thorough analysis of campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Develop and implement A/B tests to continually improve ad performance
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad assets are optimized for each platform
- Manage budget allocation across channels to maximize overall campaign effectiveness
- Stay updated on platform changes and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage **Qualifications**: - At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Display networks
- Experience marketing subscription-based products
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
- Proven track record of improving ROI and reducing CAC in previous roles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio)
- Excellent understanding of performance marketing KPIs and how to influence them
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally **Location**:
