Event Logistics Lead (Big)

For one of our Partners in the Payment sector, we are looking for an Event Logistics Lead. Location : onsite in Milan (Italy). It might be required to travel for a few days/month.
**Competenze richieste**: Key Responsibilities : - Develop logístical elements for event staff prior to and during the tournament;
- Lead the planning, development, and coordination of on-site implementation plans for cardholder sales and marketing materials (as required);
- Support recruitment of Event venue staff and lead the development of staff playbooks and training materials;
- Liaise with local agencies on staffing, logistics, and production needs for on-site delivery of activation materials;




- Act as the on-the-ground point of contact for vendors installing the Superstore and for other-schemas cardholders sales large format executions (as required);
- Develop spreadsheets and presentations for all operational staff needs;
- Lead vendor negotiations, contracting, and set-up for payments;
- Oversee day-to-day logistics budget management. Preferred Skillset/Qualifications : - Excellent understanding of project management, business operations, and accounting principles;
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with the ability to independently create and manage tracking and presentation documents;
- Experienced in managing vendors and third-party stakeholders.
