VIT Incoming in Parma is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support travelers across Europe. You will be the vital link between clients and operations, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with local suppliers to ensure premium itineraries.
The role requires excellent English communication, strong problem-solving, and meticulous organization in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Parma headquarters with no remote options.
